Courtyard Homes in Downtown Hapeville Ready for Viewing
August 11, 2008. Five of the thirteen homes to be constructed at the Courtyards Hapeville are in various stages of being
finished on Lots 2 through 6 on Oakdale Road. Our model home, 3173 Oakdale Road, is our Morgan model and features a waterfall
and cozy fire pit in the courtyard.
"We're excited to reach this point," said Brendan Murphy, President of Chesapeake. "With these homes finished, it's easy
to see how well they fit with the existing homes in the neighborhood. From the street, they look like Craftsman style bungalows
built before World War II. The expansive porches recall an era when the front porch was a center of social activity. Neighbors
strolled by and conversations flowed back and forth."
Visitors will quickly notice the unique designs that promote a casual, home-centric lifestyle centered on an open courtyard.
The courtyard is accessed from various points of the main living area, including an optional glass sliding pocket door.
Courtyards can be personalized with a swimming pool, fountain, pond, waterfall, or fire place or fire pit...just about anything
that enhances your lifestyle.

Included features found in Courtyard Homes are what most other builders classify as upgrades. But it's more than features
that make a home ChesapeakeBuilt™. It's the quality of construction, the attention to detail, the fine finish work and
outstanding customer service that creates real value.

ChesapeakeBuilt™ Means Quality and Livability.
August 1, 2008. Chesapeake + Built. Two simple words that mean a great deal when you're looking for a new home.
"ChesapeakeBuilt is a branding statement that encompasses our philosophy of offering as included features those items
that many other builders classify as upgrades," says Brendan Murphy, President of Chesapeake. "It's attention to detail
- building every home as if my family were going to live in it. It's unique home plans - our exciting Courtyard Homes
that capture the lifestyle of today's family. It's quality products that include the exclusive use of Kohler kitchen
and bathroom products and Jenn Air stainless steel kitchen appliances. Add to that the extra thought and planning
that goes into our designs. For instance, we raise the dishwasher in the kitchen so that you don't have to bend over
to load and unload it. Our homes are pre-wired for whole house audio, including the courtyard."
When a home is ChesapeakeBuilt, you can be sure that the finest quality has gone into the design, construction and
unparalleled finish. Top this off with extraordinary customer service, and it's an unbeatable combination.
