Courtyard Homes in Downtown Hapeville Ready for Viewing

August 11, 2008. Five of the thirteen homes to be constructed at the Courtyards Hapeville are in various stages of being finished on Lots 2 through 6 on Oakdale Road. Our model home, 3173 Oakdale Road, is our Morgan model and features a waterfall and cozy fire pit in the courtyard.

Chesapeake Moves Office to Courtyards Hapeville site.
July 25, 2008. Chesapeake, designers and builders of the Courtyards Hapeville single-family homes, has relocated their corporate offices from Chamblee to the Courtyards Hapeville site on Oakdale Road in Hapeville.
"Not only do we believe in Hapeville for our latest residential project, we want to be part of the growing business community here," said Brendan Murphy, President of Chesapeake. "And, there are obvious advantages to having our corporate office, and the builder, on site. Prospective buyers can discuss options and choices while they're here for a visit.
