Brendan Murphy, a native Pennsylvanian, began building homes in the Baltimore - Washington DC area in 1982. That's
the genesis for "Chesapeake." From his very first home, Brendan was passionate about quality and attention to detail.
That hasn't changed after more than 25 years as a home builder. In 1996, Brendan moved Chesapeake to Atlanta and
quickly became recognized as one of Metro Atlanta's finest quality builders. Rita Murphy became an official part of
